What is an Adaptogen?

Adaptogens are a class of natural substances (herbs, plants, fungi) capable of helping the body "adapt" to stress. They enhance the body's resistance to various internal and external stressors, both of physical and psychological nature. Their defensive and supportive action does not target a specific organ but considers the overall activity of the body to restore balance in situations of severe stress, improving the resulting symptoms.

What is Collagen and why is it useful?

Collagen is a protein naturally found in our body, primarily abundant in the skin, bones, cartilage, joints and membranes. On a skin level, Collagen helps firmness, elasticity and hydration reducing the appearance of wrinkles. From the age of 25, natural Collagen synthesis begins to decrease progressively, it is therefore useful to supplement it in order to prevent the signs of aging and support joints.

Are AVÀSH products natural?

All our products are of natural origin.

Are AVÀSH products suitable for vegans?

All our products are suitable for vegans, except for COLLAGENIUS.

Do AVÀSH products contain gluten and lactose?

All our products are clinically double-tested and free from gluten and lactose.

Do AVÀSH products contain allergens?

All our products are allergen-free.

Where are AVÀSH products manufactured?

All our products are formulated and manufactured in Italy, using high-quality ingredients in certified laboratories.

Are AVÀSH products clinically tested?

We only use certified and tested ingredients for our products, which undergo another testing by the laboratory before initiating production. Additional analyses are performed on each batch of finished product to ensure the absence of gluten and lactose.

How often can I take AVÀSH products?

You can take AVÀSH products every day. Many of the clinical studies on our ingredients are based on consistent daily use. Please read and follow the suggested usage on each product. Consult your doctor in case of pregnancy, breastfeeding, medical conditions or ongoing pharmacological therapies.

What is the expiration of AVÀSH products?

The shelf life varies depending on the proprietary ingredients of each of our products, but most have a shelf life of 2 years. All our products display the expiration date (typically on the bottom of the package/doypack).

How should I store the products?

It is recommended to store the products in a cool environment, away from direct sunlight and heat sources.

Where does AVÀSH ship to?

Do I need to register to make a purchase online?

Yes, registration is need and it offers exclusive benefits.

How can I track the status of my order?

Upon order confirmation, you will receive an email with a link to the order tracking page and the parcel's tracking number, which will be updated once the shipment is dispatched.

What is the shipping cost for an order?

For all orders, shipping price will be calculated at checkout. You will receive free shipping for orders over €60.00.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

In Italy, delivery times range from 1 to 3 working days from the date of shipment confirmation. This timeframe does not apply when shipping to islands or remote areas. Deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once the order is shipped so you can track it. European shipments take approximately 7 - 10 working days, depending on the country.

Where can I receive my order?

You can request delivery to a residential or commercial address as indicated at the time of order. Deliveries occur during business hours from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

Can I modify my order?

To attempt to modify or cancel your order, please email us at orders@avashwellness.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request if our team has not already processed the shipment.

Is it safe to purchase on AVÀSH’s website?

 Yes, all applicable security measures are present throughout the website. Information about data security and encryption can be accessed through the padlock icon in your browser's search field.

What are the accepted payment methods?

Online orders can be paid with credit card, debit card or through PayPal. We accept MasterCard and Visa cards. The charge will be in the same currency as the prices displayed on the website.

Can I change the payment method even after the order is confirmed?

Yes, you can. Go to your Personal Area and, in the "My Orders" section, select the respective order code. In the order details, you will find various payment options.

Returns and exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of purchase. The shipping costs are borne by the customer. The product must be intact, unopened, and in its original packaging. It is recommended to contact customer service at support@avashwellness.com, indicating the order number and attaching photos of the received product. You will then be contacted to arrange the product replacement or refund. If the returned product does not meet the return conditions, a refund cannot be processed.

 

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

We are sorry that you package arrived damaged. We recommend to accept the package with reserve s and contact customer service at support@avashwellness.com, indicating the order number and attaching photos of the received product. You will then be contacted to arrange the product replacement.

How can I cancel my order?

You can only cancel the order if it has not yet been processed, meaning it is still marked as "in processing" or "awaiting payment." To do so, you must contact customer service at the following email address: support@avashwellness.com.

How should I proceed in case of returning only part of the order?

In the case of a partial return of an order, please contact customer service at the email address support@avashwellness.com. Please note
that shipping costs are borne by the customer. You can choose the product pickup service via express courier directly to the address provided by the customer, with a cost of €7.00 for Italy and €18.00 for all other European countries, which will be deducted from the total refund amount.
