If you need to take a break, you can pause your subscription in your customer account and reactivate it whenever you wish.
Can I change my subscription?
Yes, you can change your subscription directly from your customer account. Simply log in to your account on our website, click on your profile, and go to the "subscriptions" section. To
modify your product, click on "change plan" next to your current subscription and select your preferred plan.
Important: any changes will only be accepted if made within 48 hours of your subscription renewal date.
Where can I cancel my subscriptions?
To cancel your subscriptions, you can access your customer profile via magic links (sent by email) or directly from the online store. You will find a "Manage subscription" button which you can click to be redirected to the portal.
How can I pay for my subscription?
The charge will be automatically applied according to the chosen plan; it is important to select one of our payment methods.
Can a discount code be used for a subscription?
Discount codes cannot be combined with subscriptions, but remember that you will always have free shipping and a 15% discount for the quarterly plan.
