How to use
Pour one stick (15 mL) into a large glass of water, preferably in the morning on an empty stomach. Alternatively, dilute 2 sticks (30 mL) in 500 mL of water to drink throughout the day.

Hydroglyceric extract (Water, Stabilizer: Glycerol, plant part in a 1:10 D/E ratio) of: Horsetail aerial part (Equisetum arvense L.), Nettle leaves (Urtica dioica L.), Meadowsweet aerial part (Filipendula ulmaria L.); Fluid extract (Water, plant part in a 1:1 D/E ratio) of: Horsetail aerial part (Equisetum arvense L.), Nettle leaves (Urtica dioica L.), Dandelion leaves (Taraxacum officinalis L.); Acidity regulator: Citric Acid; Antioxidant: Ascorbic Acid; Preservative: Sodium Benzoate, Potassium Sorbate; Lemon Balm essential oil (Melissa officinalis L.).
